WHO WE ARE

Who we are

Our mission at Dea Dean Lpc, is to help clients in “communicating toward connection.” We believe the more fully we know and understand ourselves, the more effective we become in communicating our desires, emotions, beliefs and experiences to the important people in our lives. Being known and understood can result in reducing unhealthy relational dynamics, decreasing patterns of dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors, and contribute to the alleviation of symptoms of depression, anxiety, shame, and loneliness. If you have a desire to better know yourself and be known by others, we hope you’ll reach out to meet with us!
